Call Out to get LOUD, to change the social relations!

Munich, 13th of September 2016
7th day at Sendlinger Tor

Asylum laws, Integration Law, racist activities and Co.
What is our reality and why we are at the Sendlinger Tor?
We are here to gain the right to stay, to be in the public eye, to talk with politicians, to get allies, so that we can act as a large mass, so as to change the laws on asylum.

In the past, we could change the legal situation with protests. So the protest marches from Würzburg to Berlin and from Würzburg and Bayreuth to Munich helped to loosen the laws concerning residence obligation (Residenzpflicht). But in the recent past, the asylum laws were tightened notably. Several asylum packages and the Integration Law complicated our lives again. The Integration Law of 6th August 2016 dictates to us, for example, according to the regular force to stay in camps, where we have to live. Despite temporary residence (Aufenthaltsgenehmigung) those paragraphs can determine, where we have to live.

The thightening of asylum law means, for example, that medical reasons are no longer recognized as obstacle of deportation. So deportations are possible even with life-threatening diseases, in case that the disease is not "significantly" impaired by this.
These are just two examples that have been added recently to the existing harassment. In principle, many refugees are without work permit, without permission to attend a German language course. Waiting for their asylum procedure. In the hold of tolerance (Duldung), means that status in that people
have to live up to 20 years in the camp; no school, no job, no education - even without the prospect to go to another country, as the countries of origin provide war, poverty and persecution.

As Non-Citizens, we have no access to human rights. We are human beings, but without corresponding rights. These rights we only get with the citizenship. Hereby we get access to the Basic Law. First, we float in the statelessness and therefore to the lawlessness. Therefore we are forced to ask for the right to stay!

More detailed information in different languages according the Integration Law and the tihghtening of asylum law can be found .

Out of ignorance and pure racism this request is denied us. Every day, Pegida activist come to the Sendlinger Tor and film us. The nationalist-socialist organisation "Dritter Weg" spreads racist flyer. Racists that are not organized in groups or parties are attacking us, too. So yesterday the urban gardener put water up on our tents, to be more precise on our womens-space. Result of that was a complaint against a person who wanted to call the worker by tapping on the window of the tanker to stop the water jet.

Today we showed in the frame of a spontaneous demonstration () our anger towards the intolerance that we get showed at the information table, by e-mail, by Nazis, by Pegida-people and by private people. We tried hereby giving a clear signal against racism and for the right to stay. Meanwhile, two Non-Citizens got unconscious. On the streets of Munich they suffered a psychological breakdown. The reason is always the same: The long and repressive asylum procedures destroy our physical and mental health.

We call out to speak out with us and against racism. To recognize how inhuman the existing laws are and how they isolate ourselves from society, break us and limit our lives!

Today we have visited the offices of the Greens, the SPD and the union trade hous (DGB) - with the motivation to get in contact and negotiations.

To the trade unions: We want to work!

To the politicians: we need the right to stay, that is, access to human rights.

To all citizens, antiracist and antifascist networks and groups: Organize yourselves and stand up against these laws. Take position! Get loud!

To all journalists: Report on asylum laws and its devastating effects on our lives!

Thanks to all who are in solidarity with us!
